If you do not accept and agree to be legally bound by and comply with these terms and conditions, you must refrain from using the website. These terms and conditions must be read in conjunction with any other applicable terms and conditions governing the use of this website (which are hereby incorporated into and made part of these terms and conditions). We suggest you print a copy of these terms and conditions for your records. 1. Definitions and Interpretation Business Day refers to a day on which the trading banks generally are open in British Columbia, excluding Saturday, Sunday and statutory holidays. Intellectual Property Rights refers to: (a) any confidential information; (b) copyright (including rights in the nature of, or analogous to, copyright); (c) moral rights; (d) inventions (including patents); (e) trade-marks; (f) service marks; (g) designs; (h) circuit layouts; and (i) any other rights of a proprietary nature in or to the results of intellectual activity in the industrial, commercial, scientific, literary or artistic fields, whether or not registered or registrable and includes any: (j) right to apply for the registration; (k) renewals and extensions; (l) licenses, of such rights listed in (a) to (i) above; Submissions refer to any form of information that is contained in or otherwise expressed through any form of media (whether now known or hereinafter devised) that you submit to us on or through this website – including all comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, photos, videos, e-mails, texts, images and other information or materials. Taxes means refers to any present or future taxes (including sales taxes on goods and/or services), rates, levies, tariffs, imposts, duties (including stamp duties), excise duties, deductions, charges, compulsory loans and withholdings (other than any such taxes on the overall net income of a party) which may be incurred in any jurisdiction and any interest, penalties, fines or expenses relating to any of them; 1.1 In these terms and conditions, unless the contrary intention appears: (a) the expressions "A&H", "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING LTD. and "you" and "your" are reference to the person accessing or using this website (or “site”). (b) a reference to: (1) these terms and conditions or another document include any variation or replacement of it notwithstanding any change in the identity of the parties; (2) any statute, statutory provision, ordinance, code or other law includes regulations and other statutory instruments under any of them and consolidations, amendments re-enactments or replacement of any of them; (3) a person, firm, corporation, association or government body includes any other of them; (4) a person includes the person's successors, executors, administrators, substitutes (including a person who becomes a party by novation) and assigns; (5) a time is a reference to the time in Winnipeg, Manitoba (Central Time) unless otherwise specified; (6) a right includes a benefit, remedy, authority, discretion and power; (c) the singular includes the plural and vice versa; (d) words importing a gender include any other gender; (e) the words ‘including’ or ‘includes’ are deemed to be followed by the words ‘without limitation’; (f) headings in these terms and conditions are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of these terms and conditions; (g) if the day on which: (1) anything, other than a payment, is to be done is not a Business Day, that thing shall be done on the preceding Business Day; and (2) a payment is to be made is not a Business Day it shall be made on the next Business Day but if the next Business Day falls in the next calendar month it shall be made on the preceding Business Day;[U1] (h) if an act is required to be done on a particular day and the act is done after 5:00 pm on that day, it will be deemed to have been done on the following day; (i) where two or more persons are defined as a party to these terms and conditions that term means each of the persons jointly, each of them severally and any two or more of them jointly; (j) an agreement, covenant, obligation, representation or warranty on the part of two or more persons binds them jointly and severally and an agreement, covenant, obligation, representation or warranty in favor of two or more persons is for the benefit of them jointly and severally. 2. Availability A&H does not guarantee that all products and/or services advertised on our site will be available when ordered or thereafter. All products and services on this site will act as an invitation to treat, not an offer. 3. Errors, Misprints and Omissions A&H strives to ensure the accuracy of all information on the website. However, errors, misprints, inaccuracies, and omissions may occur. We make no guarantee that the content of the website is fully accurate or complete. This includes but is not limited to pricing, product information, specifications, and/or availability. A&H reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions at any time, without prior notice or liability to any other persons. We also reserve the right to cancel, reject, or terminate any orders or requests in which there were erroneous, incomplete, or inaccurate information displayed. 4. Permitted Website Use By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. You may not distribute, exchange, modify, sell or transmit anything you see or copy from this site, including but not limited to any of the prior listed intellectual property rights, for any business, commercial or public purpose. As long as you comply with these Terms and Conditions, A&H grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to enter, display and use this site. You agree not to interrupt or attempt to interrupt the operation of this Site in any way. There are a number of intellectual property rights found on this site. By making them available on this site, A&H is not granting you any license to utilize or redistribute any of these. Any unauthorized use of the intellectual property rights found on our site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and civil and criminal statutes. This site may contain links to other Internet sites on the World Wide Web. A&H provides such links for your convenience only, and is not responsible for the content of any site linked to or from this site. Links from this site to any other site do not mean that A&H approves of, endorses or recommends that site. A&H disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, legality, reliability or validity of any content on any other site. Your use of this site is at your own risk.   • General Terms
    1.30 day Change of Mind policy If for any reason you change your mind on your ITEM purchase we will gladly issue a full refund of the amount paid for the goods within 30 days of purchase. Goods are eligible for the 30-day Change of Mind policy provided that they are in As New Condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging and with all paperwork. 'As New Condition' means that the item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Determination of an item matching the definition of 'As New Condition' is at the sole discretion of A&H FINESILVERWORLD. Special orders are not eligible for the 30-day Change of Mind policy. Please note that: A) items purchased from A&H FINESILVERWORLD online shop may only be returned for refund at A&H FINESILVERWORLD located in the country of purchase. B) Refunds will only be made to the debit/credit card or finance account used for the original purchase, so please be aware of this if you intend to return an item given to you as a gift. C) For online returns, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-866-304-3883 or info@finesilverworld.com with your order number to receive instructions to return the item for refund by mail. 2.Special Orders A deposit must be paid for a special order (for example, where a specific size or metal type for goods has been requested by the customer, or the goods have been resized, designed or engraved at the customer's request). A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING LTD. will only order the item/s when at least 50% of the agreed purchase price has been received by the store. Title to and property in the goods will not pass to the customer until the purchase price has been paid in full. Special orders are not covered by our 30 day Change of Mind policy. Our company reserves the right of final interpretation. Limited Warranties offered A&H offers a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects for all jewellery with a valid proof of purchase. This warranty policy only covers items which are deemed to be defective, including any quality or workmanship issues. This policy does not cover any damage caused to the product due to misuse, or any damage caused outside of regular wear-and-tear. In cases where it is deemed that there is a defect with the product, efforts will be put forth into repairing the item, and exchanging or refunding if a repair is not possible. To start a warranty claim, simply bring the item purchased and the relevant A&H receipt in 12 months from the date of purchase, or contact Customer Service for instructions on sending the product and proof of purchase by mail. A&H’s warranty policy only covers authorized repairs or a replacement on the product purchased itself and not any other associated costs, including but not limited to installation, shipping or travel expenses, or any damage caused to property as a result of the product. In the case that misuse, mistreatment, or foul play is detected in any warranty claim, A&H reserves the right to void any warranty policies, if deemed necessary. In addition, any items that are suspected to have been modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party will automatically have its warranty policy void. Where the jewellery requires repair or replacement because it is not of a reasonable quality then: if the cost of returning the jewellery to our store is not significant, you are responsible for this cost. You are however entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable costs incurred because of the defect, including the cost of returning the jewellery to us for repair, replacement or return. Damage resulting from the mistreatment of jewellery after purchase is not covered by this warranty. If the item purchased is not of acceptable quality in the reasonable opinion of a qualified jeweller, we will refund, exchange or repair your purchase. Nothing in the above warranty is intended to exclude or restrict the consumer's rights under applicable law.

    At A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING LTD., we want your online and in-store experience to be enjoyable and we take care to respect your privacy when you visit or contact our stores, head office or customer services or visit our website. A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING LTD. supports the importance that the community places on the maintenance of informational privacy of individuals’ personal and sensitive information. This extends to the collection and management of information held in its records regarding individuals.   • Return Policy
    We want to ensure that you are satisfied and delighted with your jewellery purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, subject to meeting the requirements of our refund policy. In this returns policy, the expressions "we", "us" and "our" are a reference to A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING (Canada) Ltd. Return Policy You may return new items sold and fulfilled online by A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING (Canada) Ltd. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact our Customer Service team at 1-866-304-3883 or info@finesilverworld.com to initiate a return. You’ll need to provide your order number, contact details and reason for return. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with the original product tags attached and with all paperwork. Include a copy of your shipping confirmation email or order confirmation email in the package. All shipping return charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. We require that returned items are insured during delivery to safeguard against loss. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We will refund you the same way that you initially paid for your order excluding any delivery charges within 15 business days of receiving your returned item. A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING (Canada) Ltd. will pay for any return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error or if the item is damaged or defective. Items purchased from A AND H PACKING AND PRINTING (Canada) Ltd. online can also be returned at our store location. Please ensure that you bring a printed copy of your online tax invoice/ order fulfilment email to our store location to confirm your purchase details. 30 Day Change of Mind Goods are eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind policy provided that they are in as new condition and are accompanied by proof of purchase and original packaging.[U1] Definition of 'As New Condition': The item must not have been worn; the item must be in pristine condition with no damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Special orders and pieces of jewellery hand-made to customer specification are not eligible for the 30 Day Change of Mind Policy Governing law This returns policy is governed by the laws in force in British Columbia, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. Consent By using this web site you are agreeing to the terms of this returns policy. We reserve the right to modify our returns policy as our business needs require. We will post such changes on our website, after which, your continued use of the web site shall be deemed to be your agreement to the modified terms.
  • Delivery
    1.How much does shipping cost? We offer a flat rate of $10 per order for regular shipping with tracking within Canada, or $20 per order for expedited shipping within Canada. For shipments to the United States, a flat rate of $20 per order will apply for regular shipping with tracking. We do not offer any expedited options for the United States. 2.How long will my delivery take? All orders will be shipped using Canada Post. Once your order has processed, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery for regular shipping, or 3-5 business days for expedited shipping. 3.What could delay my order? Whilst we endeavor to fulfill all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable, we will attempt to locate it at another store and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfill your order. We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment. You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account, or for additional assistance regarding your order, please email info@finesilverworld.com or call toll-free 1-866-304-3883 and ensure you have your order number handy. 4.How do I track my order? When your order is shipped, we will send an email containing a consignment number and tracking ID. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your parcel. 5.Do I need to sign for the delivery? All orders over $50 will automatically be shipped with signature required. Please note that an adult over the age of 18 will be required to sign for any packages shipped with signature. If you do not want an order to be shipped with signature, please contact us immediately after placing your order to let us know. We will not be responsible for any lost or misplaced packages if the buyer instructs us to ship it without signature. All orders under $50 will not require a signature. However, if you live in a high-risk area or would like us to ship it with signature, please let us know after placing your order so we can add the signature option to your shipment. 6.I’ve missed my delivery, what now? If you're not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements. 7.Do you ship internationally? We offer shipping to the United States at a flat rate of $20 per order for regular shipping with tracking. We do not offer shipping to any other international destinations. Shipping will take 7-14 business days for delivery and all international orders will be shipped with signature required. Please note that the buyer will be responsible for paying any duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees as a result of any international orders. 8.Can I change my delivery address? We try to process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed by our warehouse team.
